The idea for Cream City Stash Busters started after the pandemic, when the Milwaukee knitting community slowly began meeting in person again. A small group of working professionals wanted a weekend group that wouldn't interfere with sleeping in to recharge from a busy week. So, after a few test runs at the nearby Panera, they formally started Cream City Stash Busters as a Facebook group. The group meets on Sunday afternoons, primarily at Panera in Glendale, though some meetings are at different locations -- check the Events page for any changes.
